Emmy nominated Oprah discovered daytime television host Rachel Ray is inviting two lucky guests to have dinner at a New York restaurant.
Carly Simon will also perform at the intimate event.
Proceeds from the auction will go to YUM-O, Rachel’s own charity empowering kids and families with healthy food.
The charity auction for tickets to Rachel Ray’s dinner with Bill Clinton ends April 25.
