Elton John
Jane Krakowski, Ben Folds, Rufus Wainwright, Jake Shears and other acts were joined at the tail end of a Broadway charity performance from Sir Elton John, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.
The show featuring a 35th anniversary rendition of the Goodbye Yellowbrick Road album was held to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, the Elton John AIDS Foundation and Friends In Deed.
Unfortunately some fans were disappointed by Elton’s three song performance but regardless, the Goodbye Yellow Brick Road event was a success for it’s charity causes.
